Nurse Practitioner/physicians Assistant
We are looking for a physicians Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner (part-time will be considered) to deliver quality care to our practice and admitted nursing home patients. The PA/NP will ensure continuity between clinical practice and standards of care as well as promote and aid in the patient progressing toward discharge at nursing homes. Ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing
Active FL NP/PA License
Well Woman Exams
Other Skills required
Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
Ability to relate well to patients and office staff

Practice Manager
We are looking for a practice manager who will be responsible for managing the office, the office staff and day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years experience as office manager in a physicians office or healthcare setting, as well as knowledge of medical office procedures, medical billing/reimbursement, terminology, and laboratory/testing procedures. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with coursework in health care administration and being a Nursing degree is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervises patient scheduling, assisting in the templating of physicians schedules. Ensures and verifies the collection of correct and adequate patient and insurance information. Adheres to the credit collection policies and procedures. Coordinates activities and functions of the front office to ensure support of the back office to facilitate a smooth patient flow.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work at all levels, great customer service, love to work under pressure and multi-task, humor, joyful or positive attitude, resourceful (always able to get what is required or make something happen), strong writing skills, proficient in MS Word, strong in other MS Office applications along with practice management software (Visionary Office is preferred). Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
